SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The commission has engaged in planning and project prioritization over the last two years and the goal of this discussion is to create a timeline for working toward completing the various identified priorities of the commission.
At their May 1, 2024 meeting the commission noted a need for a work session to assess next steps in a more intentional way.
Attached is an outline of ideas put forward during the commission’s 2022 planning work session to guide discussion as well as the document compiling commission priorities from 2023.
Also attached are two decision tools to help guide the process of determining which commission priorities to move forward with next.
