RECOMMENDATION:
Approve recommendation of approval to City Council concerning the proposed rezone of Lot 6 of Block 1, Lots 1 & 2 of Block 2, Lot 1 of Block 7, Lot 1 of Block 8, and Lot 1 of Block 9, all in Corbin Creek Subdivision to Rural Residential (RR) and adopt the proposed findings.
SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Jessica McMillen has submitted an application requesting to change the zoning on 7.055 acres to Rural Residential (RR). The official zoning map indicates that this property is currently zoned Moderate Density Residential (R1).
