Approve and read the proclamation for Public Works Week.
SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Public Works Department requests approval and a reading of the proclamation recognizing Public Works Week. This proclamation highlights the essential role of public works in our community and acknowledges the dedication and hard work of our staff in the Street and Fleet Maintenance, Water and Sewer, and Solid Waste departments. The proclamation will be read at a City Council meeting during Public Works Week to raise awareness and appreciation for the services provided by our department.
