SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Replacement of the flooring at the Valdez Clinic has been an approved project from before COVID. The work will be completed on nights and weekends.
Project Description: Demolition and replacement of flooring at the Valdez Clinic. Most carpet will be removed and replaced with hard surface flooring to facilitate cleaning and maintenance.
Bidding: The project was advertised for 28 days on the City website and picked up by the various state and west coast plans rooms. Three quotes were received from Wolverine Summit JV, Rainbow Builders INC, and Northwood Flooring; with the contract being awarded to the low bid Wolverine Summit JV.
