SUMMARY STATEMENT:
At the December 2023 Work Session, Beautification Commission members present expressed a desire to alter the assessment criteria (scoring rubric) for matching grant program applications.
Commissioner Miller volunteered to take the lead on formatting a new scoring rubric and the draft criteria was provided to other commissioners by email for review.
The draft criteria are attached.
