SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Beautification Commission received written notification on December 12, 2023 that Acres Kwik Trip was unable to complete their 2023 beatification project ahead of the deadline due to property owner health issues.
The deadline for submitting requests outlined in the 2023 grant materials was November 30, 2023. Staff relayed this information to the awardees and suggested that they might benefit more by reapplying in 2024.
The grantees are requesting a one-time extension and hope to complete work on their project in the Spring of 2024.
