SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Use of a 5-year agreement not to exceed $20,000.00 each year for savings instead of an individual year. This will surpass $40,000 reporting threshold at year two. Total of 5 years will not exceed $100,000. MARS is used to manage property tax information.
Funds are annually appropriated to the Tech Reserve
This software for municipal assessment was found through a Request for Proposals and remains the most cost effective option for the City by a wide margin.
